NOTE: Each of our Artists may have a waiting list so please be patient. You will receive a response within 48 hours to let you know if the dates you request are available. You may contact the studio by calling 1-250-862-8282 to speak directly to the studio manager.

HOURLY RATE
Shop Minimum $150.00 + tax
Hourly $200.00 + tax
Guest Artists rates vary from artist to artist.
Depending on the artist and piece, day rates and custom quotes may be agreed upon. This would be discussed in your Consultation as each artists and piece is unique.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Deposits will be collected at the end of a consultation. Once the appointment date is agreed upon; they are taken to ensure the appointment is secure.
No appointments will be booked without receiving a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable. We accept Cash, Visa, MC, or Debit for in-person deposits.
If you are unable to make a deposit in-person, we accept e-transfer deposits sent to work.dontlookdown@gmail.com
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment; otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.
Call 250 862 8282 or DM us on instagram @dontlookdowntattoo to notify us of any changes to your scheduled appointment.
The deposit will go towards the balance owing of your last appointment.
WALK INS
Although appointments are the recommended route, if space is available we are happy to take walk-ins!
If possible, we advise you to call beforehand to check our availability.

DEPOSITS
We require a deposit to reserve an appointment to be determined by the individual artist. Payment may be made in-store via card or cash. No deposits may be made with debit or credit card over the phone. E-transfer payments to Dont Look Down may be sent to work.dontlookdown@gmail.com. Individual artist will not accept deposits. Deposit amount will vary depending on size and estimated time of art work.
ETIQUETTE
Please arrive on time, eat a hearty meal prior to your session, bring water and a healthy snack to help you feel comfortable and stable, some form of entertainment such as headphones, a book etc. will help keep you occupied during long appointments.
Please dress appropriately or bring a cover up for the area being tattooed for privacy and easy access.
Make sure to listen carefully to your artists instructions for preparation and aftercare to avoid any complications.
REMEMBER: Trust your artist. They are providing time, energy and recommendations to ensure you receive the best possible results. Show respect to your artist by not showing up unwell, under the influence, sunburnt or any other medical condition which may delay your session.
Our artists reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if they feel, for any reason, you are not fit enough to receive a tattoo.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. An additional deposit will be required should you wish to book another date.
